Our tenants have expectations. If your goal as a Landlord is to save money at the expense of the tenant's standard of living, then we are not for you.
Deposit Security
Our deposits are held within the Deposit Protection Custodial Scheme. If a Landlord's claim is genuine, we will back you all the way.
Rent Security
Rents are collected and held within an audited, ring-fenced Client Account. Your money is safe, and so is the Tenants.
Accountability and Redress
Quillo Ltd is a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).
Reasonable Rates for a Better Service
Our Letting and Management Fees are very competitve compared to our main rivals in this industry. Our standard fee of 5% compared to our main rival's 7.2% would be a great start, but we can add ZERO VAT to that as well. That's a big saving.
Local and Personal
The Property Manager lives locally and is on call 24 hours a day. We are never far from a problem and on hand to resolve.
